M-1 is a multi-purpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. It is waterproof, non-shrinking, paintable, and effective on damp surfaces.
M-1 adheres to a wide range of construction materials including, EPDM, PVC, wood, masonry concrete, glass, most metals, solvent-sensitive foams, and fiberglass. It is a strong sealant of nearly 400 psi strength and remains elastic up to 525% elongation after curing.
For concrete, M-1 is a great solution for horizontal and vertical expansion joints, crack repairs, and bonding metal brackets.

I would HIGHLY recommend Contec and the owner Duane. He went over the top in helping me (a rookie) understand how to prep and apply his product.
